We welcome new vendors. Please contact us via e-mail, Procurement_ilnd@ilnd.uscourts.gov and let us know what services or items you can provide the court. In your e-mail please provide us your contact information in order to add you to our vendor lists. All vendor visits need to be scheduled in advance with the procurement department.

I am a contractor and I need to apply for security clearance for the District Court. What do I do to obtain security clearance?
The SF85 and SF86 is to be completed using the OPM e-QIP (Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing), which allows you to electronically enter, update, and release your personal investigative data to the Personnel Security Group (PSG) over a secure internet connection. We will electronically forward your copmpleted form to OPM, who will conduct a background investigation. Note: Before accessing e-QIP, you must complete the " Authorization To Release Information " form. Once completed, send it to human_resources_ilnd@ilnd.uscourts.gov or fax it to (312) 554-8674.
