Case Compensation Maximums for CJA Panel Attorneys

Vouchers in excess of the case compensation maximums, must be accompanied by a memorandum addressed to the presiding District Court Judge indicating that the case was extended and complex. These vouchers also require the approval of the Chief Judge of the 7th Circuit.
